Terms of Use
1. Eligibility and parent responsibility
You must be an adult with authority to create and manage the family account you use. Noorling is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to create or operate their own accounts. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite as co-parents, and activity under your account.
2. The Noorling service
Noorling provides parent-facing family planning, stories, missions, check-ins, memory, and guidance features. Features and availability may vary by plan, device, beta stage, and region. Noorling may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to protect families, maintain quality, or operate the service.
3. Bounded beta
Noorling may be offered through a bounded TestFlight beta before public launch. Beta software may contain errors, change without notice, experience interruptions, or have limited capacity. Beta access may be limited or revoked for safety, operational, or testing reasons. The current beta is not offered to residents of the European Union.
4. Parent guidance and generated material
Noorling supports a parent's judgment and does not replace it. Stories, missions, and guidance may be generated and may contain mistakes. You should review material before sharing or acting on it. Noorling is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or religious-law service and does not promise a particular parenting, educational, developmental, or spiritual outcome.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access another family's information without authorization;
- interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, or misuse the service;
- upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious material;
- use Noorling to harm, exploit, monitor, or target a child or another person;
- bypass subscription, generation, rate, or safety controls;
- use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
6. Family information and content
You keep responsibility for information you submit and must have the authority to provide it. You grant Noorling a limited permission to host, process, transform, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve your use of the service under the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the information is deleted, subject to necessary deletion processing, protected backups, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
7. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Noorling may offer Family and Family+ subscriptions in monthly and annual durations. The price, billing period, included features, trial eligibility, and applicable taxes are shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. Storefront pricing may vary by country or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Noorling does not receive your complete payment-card details.
- An eligible seven-day free trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal through your Apple Account subscription settings.
- You can manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings and use Restore Purchases in Noorling for eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account.
- Apple handles App Store charges, renewals, taxes, and refund decisions under its terms.
Canceling stops future renewal but does not normally erase already-delivered family data. Access to paid generation ends when the entitlement lapses; previously delivered material remains readable as described in the app.
8. Intellectual property and sources
Noorling's software, visual design, name, and original materials belong to AHMAD AND QADEER HOLDINGS or its licensors. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Noorling while your account is active. 9. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Noorling or use the in-app deletion controls at any time. Noorling may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect a family, comply with law, prevent service harm, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.
10. Availability and disclaimers
Noorling is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention of every feature, or a particular family outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHMAD AND QADEER HOLDINGS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of Noorling. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Noorling during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by law. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Noorling and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Subject to any mandatory consumer right, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as Noorling develops. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
